Her breakfast sandwich... her banana mother loaf... her almond croissant... WOW. First come first serve and I recommend HIGHLY to get it early to take all the goodies! Everything tasted absolutely spectacular - to its freshly pressed. We ordered for pickup and they have their own mini tent for picking up orders and usually a line from the door when you order in the restaurant. In any case, more will try. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Madruga Bakery:
The food was good, but nothing exceptional as I was expecting based on the price. Unfortunately, they did not have our initial choice ham cheese croissant. We had to choose something else.Ice Latte and Lemonade both with no sugar, what is really nice if you are expecting. The place was packed and it took a while to get the food or even to get in. I (like everyone else in South Miami it seems) am obsessed with Madruga. Get ready for a line if you come on the weekends but know that the wait is worth it. The croissants are some of the best I’ve ever had and are simultaneously chewy and flaky. Ditto for the bagels which are only available on the weekends and are life-changing as well. Their barista is incredible, serving up CounterCulture coffee on a single espresso machine. Every time I’ve been in the woman’s handling it like a pro, churning out lattes and cafe con leches seemingly effortlessly. If you can get a table inside kudos to you, but the park down the street is a nice place to take your breakfast to go!
The best bacon egg and cheese I've ever tasted! Treat yourself and get it on a cheese bagel.
Addicted is the best spot in town for a healthy vegetarian breakfast or lunch. The food and drinks are incredibly fresh, made in-house from scratch, and offered at a reasonable price. It tends to get quite busy on weekends, with a line often extending out the door. It's my favorite place to dine in Coral Gables. I highly recommend trying the house-made sonora toast with ricotta and jam.
This place gets super busy on the weekends and for good reason! I'm so glad I can hop on by for a delicious breakfast. The egg sandwich (it has the most tasty bacon! was amazing as well as the chocolate croissant and espresso. I dined in and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. Will definitely return again.
Amazing authentic Cuban food. We were stuck in traffic, and my son and I were starving. We took a chance and are so happy we did. They're a family business, who's kindness made our experience unforgettable. A tremendous experience across the board. We had Cuban sandwiches that were truly superb. Highly recommend.
