I don't know what's going on, almost always I used to order and everything is super good lately the food is terrible and the last thing was that I bought these croquettes and they weren't served hard dry inside super old how can I feed this to a person for God's sake View all feedback.
Food is always delivered with care thanks to Hector
The food is always prepared quickly (through my experience w/ ordering over the phone! , there's great deals (especially for daily specials , and the staff is very nice. You get what you pay for, but I can always rely on Emily's to have my food ready quickly :

Extremely disgusted in their customer service. I ordered a wrap sandwich and was delivered an untoasted bread sandwich. When I called regarding their error, they responded with a simple there's no wrap. So instead of callling back to inform a cutomer they're not getting what they want, they send what THEY want. I wasn't even offered another option or solution. Customer service is NOT offered by them either! I'm sure that they do not even care to lose another customer.
