Justin, Sandy and her team were amazing. We have just completed a 3-day pack trip in the wind rivers and it was a journey from a life. We had 7 adults and 2 small children and they met all the needs throughout the trip. Can't give Justin, Katie, John, Amery and of course the horses and the mules enough compliments. We look forward to another trip in the future.

Fantastic horseback ride the view and landscape were amazing. Two hours were perfect for us family of 4, our children are 8 and 9 years old, they had a really good time. Our guide Lizzie was great for the children very patient, helped the children to feel comfortable on the horses. We also had lunch at the lodge after horse riding, the food was great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. All in all, a great experience.

Mule Shoe Outfitters guided my wilderness-area bull-elk hunt in October of 2021. The guides were very competent and solicitous. I harvested a mature 6x6 typical bull on the way into camp. The camp food was great, and the horses and pack animals were very well trained. I wish I had the means to hunt with them every year!
