Lineups outside the door. They recently removed all tables and chairs which adversely affects the coffee shop experience. The prices at this location are higher than other locations. Wait times are long considering the amount of staffing. Only one person taking orders and one barista for this busy location while other staff not helping to take and/or prepare orders. I'm glad to meet fellow Taiwanese here. It's really convenient to be able to buy in Chinese.
I ordered some drinks so I don't think that I consider them food!The service was terribly slow! I ordered through the Starbuck's app, and I was there for about 20 minutes after I placed the order, probably 10 minutes before that!I saw people who ordered at the front counter after I arrived at the store that got their order before I received mine! That should never happen! There should be a method to serve the customer in order that they placed their order in!
They Don't offer the offering initiated by Starbucks Canada, reason given its offered only in US Starbucks... ?
