Sashimi Sushi - Coquitlam

My wife and I were in the Coquitlam Center shopping and needed to get something to eat. Saw this place situated nowhere near other food stores. Popped by to take a look and found it to be surprisingly crazy busy. Decided to order some sushi and sit and eat it there. They are a little slow to process your order but it is done freshly and with more care than most places that are similar. We ordered a volcano roll. Loved it! Had an Atlantic Roll, not so much. Prawn Tempura was good. There is no table service. You order it, they make it, they call you to pick it up and you go get it. That said, was pretty good overall. I spent $32 for the two of us and had several bits and pieces left over. You won't be dissapointed for the money. Coquitlam Center location, Sushi rolls are pre-made.. who knows how long before they are served. undercooked rice, fish was sticky and smelly, I dared not eat it, crab was not crab. Miso soup was powdery, I did not finish any of this expensive lunch, very poor, probably the worst sushi you can eat without being sick

I feel like I've been trying all the sushi restaurants in the area lately So it's kind of too bad that I've had an awesome experience just recently

The price is reasonable and food is OK for TO-GO place not a fancy restaurant.
