In this bakery, Sangak bread is baked traditionally, that’s what I love about itPersians traditionally make Sangak bread by baking it on the hot surface of a bed of small river stones in a clay oven called a tanur or tandoor. The dough is spread out thinly and then slapped onto the hot stones, creating its characteristic elongated shape and unique texture topped with sesame seeds. Service: Take out View all feedback.
