Breakfast and Hams Croissant Mocha. Coffee was great! The Croissant was very disappointing. But let me clear this place makes the best croissants ever. I have bought many different in the past and they are perfect. The Ham Croissant is cold, however, so it had to be heated. You use a panini press to warm up the croissant (what??? I thought the point of a croissant is the crispy exterior and fluffy airy inside. The Panini press makes it flat farewell airy croissant, hello flat bread. So I asked if there is another way to warm it up (such as a toaster or air frit where it doesn't flatter. I went with a microwave Croissant (dry). The ham inside is a good quality and tasty. But the Croissant is now a cursed mess. I think I should have stuck one with the flat panini. I gave the store another 4 stars because the checkout was really nice and the ham tasted. If they could warm up the Croissant correctly, I would have given it 5 or 6 stars. I also bought the Pain Aux Raisins, which is so good omg! I definitely go back, but I would keep away from warmed croissants unless they have something different than the Panini press to warm it up. A little disappointed about my breakfast today.
Always loved the quality and experience of fresh baked goods at Oliviers, but the cakes and salads are previously frozen and do not share the same taste for obvious reasons. Today I picked up a salad and noticed that the tomatoes were pouring and took a second, and that also had pouring tomatoes. When I took it to the lady, she asked me if I wanted it without tomatoes... she might have misunderstood that I told her not to show her about the tomatoes. Nevertheless, I will be back for the fresh baked goods!
I ordered online birthday cake for my son. I was expecting to get it fresh since I gave them 2 days notice. When I was picking it up it was frozen and looked just like all other chocolate cakes sitting in the freezer. To me it looked like the cake was made long ago, put in the freezer and the happy birthday writing was added on top of it and I was right. The girls working there said that the cake was made yesterday. Since I complained a woman from the office called me back and said they make cakes only once a week and when they get an order they just pull one of from the freezer and add writing on it. They should add that information on their website cause 48-72h notice is very misleading and it made me think the cake will be fresh. I bought one frozen cake from Olivier 's and we didn 't like the texture. In the end it turns out the girls I talked to in person lied to me saying it was made the day before. I asked for a refund and got a cake elsewhere fresh for less. My response to your comment below is that somebody is confusing me with someone else, cause I didn 't come two weeks ago asking about the cakes but 3 days ago and only bought small chocolate royal to make sure I will like it before I order a big cake online. Nobody never mention anything about freshness, I assumed it would be freshly made since she cashier said 'we require 24-72h notice to make it '.
I came across this place by coincidence. It was an amazing experience and taste I highly recommend for anyone
