What Ashley doesn't like about Maxim's Bakery Coquitlam Henderson Place:
We bought 13 swiss roll cakes from Maxim's Bakery, and noticed that one of the cakes was moldy. The sticker underneath said that the use by date for that cake was July 2nd. We purchased the cakes on July 8th. We brought the moldy cake back to bring it to their attention, and the service person at the counter accused us of not putting the cakes in the fridge when we got home. Amazing tasting cakes and great service! I am always last minute with my cake orders and they always get it done in time.
This is ridiculous! No credit card, only debit/cash is accepted! Even more ridiculous, for Less than $10 you should only pay cash! Why should people carry cash when we just passed a pandemic?! They still have arrows on the floor and force you to follow them, yet expect their customers to carry cash! I’m sorry for this establishment that is always busy yet won’t bother making the purchase easy for people!
