I ordered a dry hot pot and was told one ingredient was... read more They are deceiving their customers. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable. I ordered a dry hot pot and was told one ingredient was out of stock. When I asked if I could substitute it with something else, they said no. However, they ended up giving me a serving of rice without my consent. When I questioned if it was included in my order, they said yes but then charged me an extra $2 for it. While $2 may not seem like much, it was outrageous for them to give me rice without my request and then charge me for it. This whole experience was completely insane.

So I... read more They're cheating the customer. I DON'T WRITE DOWN BAD REVIEWS. But. Here is insane. I ordered a dry hot pot. they said one of the ingredients is sold out. So I asked them can I get the other but they say No. HOWEVER, until that was okay. They GAVE ME ONE OF RICE. So I asked Is it already included?? They said yes BUT THEY CHARGR 2 DOLLAR MORE.. 2 DOLLAR is Not EXPENSIVE SO I paid. But how they gave me rice without order and charge those??? It is so insane..
