Hangang Korean Restaurant - Coquitlam

Average looking place with good pho, we always order the large portion but can never finish it. This place is usually busy during lunch hour but the food is good and worth it.

I love pho, but this restaurant leaves something to be desired. They have other location or PHO99 near executive plaza or save on / pinetree are both good.

Hey let's meet a pho hao for good supper! Only if you want poor service and to be completely ignored by staff afraid of serving customers. As you can tell the service was deplorable. By the time we were served by the mega quiet young lady who had arrived at work with a t-shirt that obviously been tossed in to a backpack on the way to school it just kept getting worse. Staff that have been there for a while hid in the back and we were not the only table looking, but pleading for service. Over the passed few months both service and cleanliness has been on the decline. Why am I pissed about this... I enjoyed the menu, the health side and uniqueness. It's hard to be ignored and still wanting the fare on offer. Well I can't see any more of my custom being wasted with this location. "Pho Hao Company...fix this problem!" Not only proper table service training but hospitality training. You have a great concept that will not stand or grow with this behavior in your location, nor on your watch.

This place may not be beautiful but the service is great and the food is excellent. You can't beat the price for a quick delicious authentic meal. I like it here because it's close to me and personally I feel it's better than the other pho's as this is family run with staff who care about quality.

I am not an expert in Korean food but find that this place is a saviour for us as its so close.
