The skewers were delicious! Soft and juicy inside, crunchy on the outside. The lamb skewer, chicken knee and pork kidney were amazing, I'd say it's better than a few Chinese bbq skewer places in Vancouver/Burnaby. The garlic scallops were very garlic, loved it. It's not just hot pot, it's grilled fish that takes centre stage! So flavorful and so good. The skin is grilled then put into the sauce so it's extra crunchy. Mala pot is good as well. Havent had such good spicy food in a long time Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Hotpot is really good value. Their ingredients are objectively superior to other hotpot places.
Love the food, love the service. One of its kind in the Coquitlam area. Parking: It's a pay parking in an indoor garage. The restaurant pays for the parking. So do not pay when you park in the garage. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$40–50
They have a great selection of choices for their AYCE hotpot. It includes some deep fried dishes and desserts which I don't see often at other AYCE hotpot restaurants. The dessert is surprisingly quite good and not too sweet. I would also recommend trying their skewers. They were tender and flavourful. The service is very welcoming and the people are nice and helpful. The restaurant is at a location that may be a bit inconvenient for people to get to, but they do have free parking. As much as I enjoy that the restaurant is on the quiet side, I would love for people to give this restaurant a chance to support their business!
