So I have gone to this place 3 times and finally I’ve been able to get the shaved iced I’ve been wanting to try. Both other times I was there the machine was broken which was very unfortunate. Those times I got a coffee and the coffee was very delicious.The shaved ice was okay. I was a bit disappointed because I feel like there isn’t a Enough sauce or flavour in the cup. I don’t live in the area, but as I know there are many good Korean food near by, I feel I should give a try of this place. The renovation look clean and nice. It stand out from at the food court. However, the bingsu is not great, first of all, it’s way too sweet. And the red beans and mochi is a bit hard. Waited half an hour for this ice, not worth it. I had way better one in Vancouver east side.
Really good price and value! Their shaved ice is not too sweet and very delicious! Kind staff who will let you customize your orders if you want a mix of two types. :
I ended up getting the basic strawberry yogurt smoothie and I have to say its fantastic, the prices are fair and normal, made fresh and quick and to be honest one of the best smoothies I have ever had
Black Sugar Latte (Hot) was just what I needed for a sweet little coffee break. The Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie for my toddler was perfect too. Will come back again!

The flavour was sooo good and the texture of the ice was so soft. Definitely a new favourite!
