When we asked about lower the cafeteria type l... read more First thing we noticed at our table in the Asylum lounge was the bright ceiling spot lights shining in our faces. When we asked about lower the cafeteria type lighting, they said the lights were broken. When the band started playing, we found it extremely loud even though we were sitting at the back. The DJ was loud also. When time for our bill, we noticed how expensive our drinks were and pointed this out to our server, who just said, “Oh, we have new added fees now”. We paid, tipped, then left, only to check at home that one of the fees was a “service” fee. Had we known that the “service” fee was really an 18% gratuity, we wouldn't have left another tip! Our server should have pointed this out instead of making double the tip for all of us! Completely unhappy with my experience last night at the Hard Rock, not to mention the same old “rotating” local bands which we see at all our local pubs weekend after weekend. You can do better than this Hard Rock Casino!

Our server added extra drinks to multiple people’s bills in our party. I let her know so she could fix my bill trying to give her the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. She did not say a word, just had a condescending smirk on her face and took my bill away to fix it. She then told the bartender to cut me off. Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated all around.
