Honestly sometimes I’ll come and it will be hit or miss but tonight I mobile ordered and the wings were done right when we came to pick them up ! The gentleman who helped us out was really kind and charismatic, I didn’t catch his name but he had longer blonde hair. Anyways, thank y’all for the food and the excellent service View all feedback.
What G p doesn't like about Wingstop:
I was disappointed to receive my order with cold food and greasy limp fries. I understand that restaurants can have a tough time keeping up with busy periods, but I expected my meal to be warm and fresh. I hope the kitchen staff can take note of this issue to ensure that future customers receive better quality food. View all feedback.
Wings are very good. It is very busy during lunchtime and dinner. Use the app and place your order with 40 min during these hours.
This place needs more staff and more management. I’ve been here three times and every single time this Wingstop seems to fail to deliver anywhere close to their timelines. Even when my family orders 40 minutes ahead of time for pickup, it’s still almost an hour wait. Not to mention, you have to check over and over again to verify they got it correct or that they gave the correct amount. Please either fix it or shut it down. I’m not spending $40+ Everytime to be let down. I believe the managers name or owner is Nate ?

Terrible service. Ordered online and was 54-59 minute wait on a Monday evening for a 15 piece. No problem, I did some shopping at nearby Walmart until time to pickup. Got to store a little under an hour later and was told they were working on my order. There were 2 other people waiting. I observed 7-8 orders still hanging up. There were 4 employees, one at the register, one in the back cleaning or something and 2 others not doing much of anything other than standing around talking or playing on their phone and occasionally spinning some wings. Waited another 20 minutes while observing very little work and several excuses to other customers. Left some unfriendly advice on my way out. Won’t be back for at least a year.
The biggest issue here is customer service. While employees on one shift are okay, employees on other shifts are horrible and should not be working this type of job. They are not rude but get flustered easily if they end up having to multi-task and end up putting customers off after they have already started taking their order.
