Unwind! - Copperas Cove

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The wines were quite good, but I was disappointed that there was no list of the wines in the flight I ordered. I suggest that the owners provide a list for wine and beer tastings so customers know what they are trying. It was frustrating to ask about each wine and only receive vague descriptions. As a visual person, I would have preferred a menu or list. Without knowing more about the wines, I am unable to recommend or purchase them in the future. The blueberry dish was delicious, but I was unsure of the brand. Overall, this small business has potential and I recommend trying it out.

The service we received was outstanding! Our waitress suggested wines that we thoroughly enjoyed and encouraged us to try something new. The wine tasting experience was very reasonably priced considering the high quality and local selection. The portions of food were generous for the cost. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Ourl first time at unwind and we had a really good time real relaxed atmosphere excellent staff. Music was provided by EricHazel who is my wife's professor and suggested we try it out great time.

I really liked this place. The wines were pretty good, but I didn 't like that there was no list of the wines I was trying when I ordered the flight. I highly recommend the owners give the wine tasters and beer tasters a list of what they are drinking. Or have some sort of menu that the owners can point to to show you what you 're drinking. I found it frustrating when I asked what kind of wine is this? and got an answer like this is a sweet white wine. I didn 't want to have to ask questions about it every single different wine. I am a visual person so a list or menu would have been perfect. Also, by not knowing anything about the wines, I can 't recommend or buy a wine I tried. I liked the blueberry that was served here, but I have no idea about the brand. This is a cute, small business with good ideas and good products. I do recommend it.

The wine selection was AMAZING! They had so many Texas/Hill Country wines! Pillar Bluff, Thirsty Mule, Fiesta, and many, many others! The staff was friendly and courteous! Great experience, overall!
