Seoul Garden - Copperas Cove

I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but after my last two visits, I don't think I'll be returning. While I understand that prices can increase, I was disappointed to find that the portion sizes and quality had decreased. The Bulgogi was not fresh and was drenched in sauce. I considered trying the sushi, which was always excellent in the past, but I read a review mentioning that the portion size had also decreased. In my opinion, the prices do not justify the smaller portions. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the server was friendly, although she should speak louder as it was difficult to hear her.

I ordered takeout for my family and me. When I got home and served my kids, I found a nice black hair in my food. I spent $105 on the takeout, only to be disgusted and unable to eat it. To top it off, they wanted me to drive back during rush hour just to get a refund. When I called to complain about the hair being curly, the lady on the phone said there was no one with curly hair working there. However, when I went back to the restaurant to get a refund, I saw three employees with curly hair.

Great sushi spot, crab Rangoons were fantastic. Lots of options for different rolls. Friendly staff, Lots of cool plants all over the restaurant. Easy parking and location. Added updated menu pics too.

Update: when I called originally to tell them I found a hair in my food and that it was curly, the lady on the phone immediately told me there was no one with curly hair that worked there. I just went back to their establishment to get a refund and I immediately saw not one by three employees with curly hair.
