Cinergy Copperas Cove

Had a great experience thanks to the manager Eris she was awesome. She was very polite even under all the chaos that was going on she stayed calm gave us her undivided attention I feel she went over and beyond. We don’t come to cove theater often but with customer service like that I will be back

Great place to take the family for food and movies with spacious room for relaxing while eating and watching.

I usually dont have a problem with this Cinergy location but today i did . The problem was the SHRIEKY SHRIMP . In the picture the shrimp looks large size and thats what made me order them . When i get them there are tiny popcorn shrimp for $11.90 . Put you thumb nail and index finger nail together and make a O ….right , thats how big the picture shows there are . Like what ! Mind you , I just spent $23.35 for a small popcorn corn , bacon cheese fries and a drink . It’s ridiculous. I just bought 5 tickets for BEETLJUICE AND all of that and still BARELY moved the rewards . Like come on cinergy its ridiculous especially when the whole theater 1 smelt like wet clothes and moisture just sitting in the air . I almost feel like i need my money back for those shrimp cause im sure you could’ve found a POP CORN SHRIMP PICTURE SOMEWHERE. THATS FALSE ADVERTISING !

Our server, Ava, was so very pleasant and quick to bring our food. The food was hot and tasty.

This is a clean, well maintained spots, the games, the theater. Everything is perfect for a date night, fun time with the kids. Eris help us alot thank you girl.
