This review may not be entirely fair because I am comparing it to branches in Austin. The chicken is always delicious, but at the Cove location, the employees do not take orders face-to-face. Instead, they use a loudspeaker which was not very helpful. I missed the personal touch of being greeted by someone in person. As always, fast super friendly, and as delicious as expected! The dining room was clean, air smelled fresh, and staff was very polite!
Food was good, some of your team members should learn better manners
My wife and I have eaten several times in this shop and each time when eating was fresh and the staff was friendly, friendly and helpful.

I will never patronize this restaurant again. The food quality is subpar.
