Placed an order, and it wasn't even started when i got there. You all need to hire more people, or the manager needs to come in and work and not leave the store understaffed. They say this is a habitual behavior. If you get pizzas then the quality is actually really good, for Dominos. Give up on them being timely or answering the phone. I've received numerous free pizzas because it's taken them an hour and a half to deliver. This is without complaint, corporate just noticed and said oops, here's a free pizza. I can't be this unlucky, the branch in Coppell just sucks. Side story: I went in there to pick up a large order for Coppell High wrestling team and the lady there had two of her kids running around. This was two years after COVID.EDIT: And their tracker is absolutely worthless
Ordered and paid for a pizza via app, never received. No one answered the phone tried for 30 mins (started calling at 11pm). Called national complaint line they connected to the store, which didn't answer the phone ?. Trying to get my back but hearing crickets. I will never use this place again.

Do not order from this dominoes. I placed an order that never showed up, even though it said it was delivered. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one ever answered. I am going to contact theor corporate and report this to the BBB, I need to speak to someone to get my money back.
