We ordered our pizza at 7:15pm on a Wednesday night, time and date without excessive workload suppose, and were told it would be delivered by 8:35pm. At 21, after more than 20 minutes late, we phoned to see if our order had been registered, and we were promised that the pizzas were already arriving. Despite these words, no one showed up in the next 15 minutes, so we made a second call, where we were told, in an unkind tone, that the bellboys had just left. The boy showed up almost at 21:30, with the pizza already lukewarm; needless to say that after two hours of waiting, and a similar treatment, the hunger was well and truly gone. We will no longer make the mistake of calling home.
