We had: Jerusalem artichoke flan, onion soup, butter and sage plin, tripe with potatoes, bunet, and hazelnut cake with zabaglione. Everything was absolutely excellent. Highly recommended!

The menu features both traditional Piedmontese dishes and unique pairings. Everything is well explained and highlighted both by the menu and the friendly, attentive service. I really appreciated the attentive service, the advice on which glass of wine to pair with the dishes, and the unusual touches like the bread basket with fresh focaccia and artisanal breadsticks. Excellent value.
