The ice cream is consistently delicious. There were only two friendly girls working at the restaurant. I've never seen a Carvel so busy that the line extended out the door. It seemed like they were too busy to clean the outdoor tables. Perhaps they could benefit from having an additional staff member. It's convenient that they offer outdoor seating. View all feedback.
What David Shorts doesn't like about Carvel:
I was at this location a few months ago and used a gift card, and still have a balance on it. I just went in and was told they didn't know how to process the transaction with a gift card. Obviously it's an issue of poor training, and not the fault of the girls working. I've cream was fine, just a dissatisfying experience. View all feedback.
The service was excellent, but there was a long wait due to having only one person working.
The service was poor and unhelpful, as our orders were not understood and we had to repeat them four times.
I enjoy bringing my girlfriend to this restaurant because they have delicious ready-to-eat ice cream sandwiches in the fridge. The variety of ice cream flavors is fantastic, and I highly recommend trying the coconut ice cream.
Short and simple. It's CARVEL...WHO DOESN'T LOVE CARVEL. Staff is friendly too.
