It's an evening like so many, August, hot Apulian towers, tonight there's only a quick little thing and then we're going to see this place that's changed its seat for a while. A quick look inside the crowd of people and you feel like you're back from Arnold's fans of Happy days know who I'm talking about! : a soaking room, leather seats, open oven and semi-open kitchen door almost to show that the Wizard has no secrets. Everyone already knows what they want and they call things with their names but there are new clients like me pointing out with the finger but they make themselves understand equally: I would like that crispy thing with ham and mushrooms... and I would like that round spinning thing... and so on all night! What to add to a night like this? I'd put a nice juke box on it, those with the coins, but the Wizard is you!

Great food, polite and courteous staff, attentive to the needs and able to recommend, the only “defect” is that being only in 2 serving, when there are many people the service is a little slow, but it is bearable. It would also be useful to put back the numeretti for the shift because confusion arises
