What Ulla Brandt doesn't like about Admiralgade 26:
the food and the wine was delicious, but the size of the 8 plate course, where too small, we were hungry when we were gone. the waiting period between plate was too long, one of them, where up to 30 minutes. I'd give it 3 out of 5 to be a pretty good experience. the atmosphere where really cozy and we spent about 3 hours there, where a little too much due to the waiting time for the servings. Really interesting little restaurant from the beaten path. Japanese, in beautiful Copenhagen interior with amazing furniture from the 20. Century... Amazing champagne list!!

Refreshment stop for dinner in Copenhagen. Some very interesting take on food, all very satisfying and tasty.
