Kala Uta - Copacabana

This restaurant was definitely interesting. The owner, who was extremely accommodating, had irregular opening times but went out of their way to help us as vegans. The daily meal was cheap for Copacabana, where prices are usually higher than in Bolivia. The Andean pizza was excellent, with a unique selection of Andean toppings and potatoes. The meal was also very filling. Be sure to allocate some extra time when dining here as the food can take time to prepare.

The restaurant is very good and the owners are very kind. They close early but stay open until 2:00. The only downside is that the showers only work from 7 to 9 AM and PM.

The restaurant has two floors and is not too large but not too small either – it is cozy in the end.
