I visited for lunch and found the prices to be quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food was excellent, earning a perfect score of 5, as was the service and atmosphere, both also rated 5. I highly recommend this spot for vegetarians, as they provide a wide variety of vegetarian dishes to choose from.

We visited for breakfast one morning, and I had a veggie omelet paired with gluten-free toast and jam. The following day, we came back for lunch, and I enjoyed pulled pork on gluten-free bread along with apple butternut squash soup; both were fantastic! Our server, Susan, was funny and charming. It's a charming little café!

For breakfast, the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere gets a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Seasonal Grain Bowl!

She lives in the Albany area and I live in the central NY area so we were looking for a place about halfway to meet for lunch. We found this little Cafe on the internet and decided to try it. We were not disappointed. It was quaint, cozy and very nicely decorated with sunflowers (of course).The food was excellent and the staff was super friendly. We definitely picked the right place to meet and catch up after all these years. I highly recommend the Sunflower Cafe and we will stop by again the next time we are in the area.
