Havana's Cuban Cuisine - Cooper City

For the first time at Havanas. Good service from Rafael our waiter. Good ambience. Ordered a Cubano Sandwich, Medianoche, pan de lechon Sandwich and vaca frita. The Medianoche and Pommes were delicious, The Cubano, pan de lechon and vaca frita were a bit dry as if it was overcooked. It was a little slow for a Saturday that was surprising. Since it was my first time, I would go back to give him a second chance.

My numerous eating times at Havana are always 5 stars. Never more than really great Cuban cuisine and wonderful service. The owner keeps his eyes on things as he greets every customer as they enter. The red or white Sangria is a place for delicious fruit and wine. An all-time favorite of me is the catch of the day grilled or embellished and covered with a light, fantastic sauce of crushed, tomatoes, fenced onions and capers, accompanied by my choice of sides, black beans, rice and plantains. My husband always loves meat dishes. No matter what your palate enjoys, you will find something you will have again... and again. A little expensive, but generous portions and worth it.

The Rock Steak was the best I had in a very long time.

First visit. I've been driving from this place for years, but today I decided to order them. I was not sure what to expect, but they had me in hallo....the friend took my order, no problems, took me two hours to get there, no problem, food was waiting for me, the counter, no problem. Paid in minutes to a friendly smile cashier. I couldn't wait to come home as it smelled so well, even if still in the bag! The complete meal was so delicious, cooked to perfection and great portion too! I will be back, and soon, as tomorrow!!!

I needed some Authentic Cuban food and Havana's didn't disappoint. My local friend took me here and everything was excellent. Had the beefsteak milinessa, tostones, white rice and beans. Everything was fresh, and cooked to order. Dranka mojito which was fresh and tasty. Definitely give this place a try
