What Nathen Bogan doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
today for 2 as it ice cups. one of them was strawberry cheesecake and I found a maden in the strawberry! absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't go back there. this answer is ****! does that look like a freaking rainbow? I even knew they were hiding it. nothing rainbow over this brown and brown maden! how dare you lie to people. Service a little slow, but the ice was delicious and the online order function helped enormously. It is always busy and the reward point system is also a great help as a recurring customer.... We often go for the ice and shakes.... Must try

Went in today for 2 like it Ice cream cups. One of them was strawberry cheesecake and I found a maggot inside the strawberry! Absolutely disgusting. I would not be going back there. That reply sucks! Does that truly look like a freaking rainbowsprinkle? Even took a close up picture cause I knew they would try and cover it up. Nothing rainbow about that brown and tanmaggot!!!!!!! How dare you people lie.
Meagan (I think) was incredibly friendly and helpful tonight! She went out of her way to assist us. The ice cream was fantastic and the customer service was top-notch.
Charles is incredible! The best service I have had in a long time! When I first visited this restaurant, he introduced me to a new flavor (pancake batter ice cream with cookie dough and almonds) - amazing! Plus, he was patient while I decided on my order. 5 stars.
