I have to say, my partner and I had a disappointing experience trying to order food here—twice, in fact. The last time was this past Tuesday. The woman working that night seemed too preoccupied with her tasks to notice us. While I understand that she was busy, not even acknowledging our presence with a simple "hello" or "I'll be right with you" is unacceptable. Pizza Hut is cardboard compared to the excellent food at Pizza Flame or any other local Pizzeria. Skip this one.
I like Pizza Flame not only for their great hand tossed pizza but their involvement in the community. They have a banquet room that seats up to 50 people. Great alternative menu to include gluten free pizza. Staff and service are top notch!

Unfortunately, my husband and I have had two disappointing experiences trying to order food here. The most recent was this past Tuesday when a female staff member was so preoccupied with changing trash cans that she completely ignored us. I don’t expect her to drop everything to assist us, but a simple greeting or an acknowledgment like “I’ll be with you shortly” would have been appreciated. Instead, she took the garbage to the back without saying a word and didn’t return. We waited around for about 3-4 minutes before deciding to leave. This was our last visit. If your staff continues to overlook customers, it seems you’re not interested in earning their business. Others of us will choose to spend our money at places that value their customers.

It’s frustrating when establishments seem to disregard potential customers. If they don't value their patrons, it really makes you question their service. Those of us who do expect better will simply take our business elsewhere.
