the personal here is racist. the blonde manager claims to be the owner and refused to be the dordash I was there to pick up because she would not belive the order would reach the customer, and told a coworker behind my return, that black those who always eat the food. here work terrible people! food: 1/5 View all feedback.
Check your order if you use the drive thru! Was missing $14 worth of my order and didn 't notice until I got home. Called the store and they said to either come back or that they would mail me a coupon for a free ice cream sundae . Just what I wanted to give away $14 to get a free $5 ice cream! I drove back with my receipt and the manager had to figure out what was going on . Finally got my missing items and didn 't even get an offer of a coupon for the trouble of driving back 15 min to remedy their mistake or a sincere apology. Be warned.
The food was nice and hot, came out fast. All the young kids were cleaning and making the restaurant look great! Only thing I wish my ice cream came out with the meal not before! Everything was great!
I am in the drive through order 2 blizzards with the 2 chicken strip meals instead of drinks. The employee looked pained when I asked him for 2 lids and a drink carrier. I believe in good customer service and a customer shouldn't have to feel like its too much to ask for 2 plastic lids and a drink carrier. Second is the price. I paid a little over 38 dollars for 2 meals. 1 four piece and 1 six piece chicken strip basket. They didn't put in the extra gravy I asked and when I got home (only after a few minutes) I could tell that the food wasn't fresh. The fries had the grease glaze over them like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I for one say if I'm paying double for a meal I used to get then I should be entitled to fresh food and at least an employee who doesn't get attitude when asking for minor things to keep the food from spilling. All in all will never go back. I've had several problems with this location.
Our family of about 16, came in rather late after a graduation on Friday evening, and the employees working at that time were amazing. They took great care of our orders, were friendly yet business-like, and the food was great! I just want to thank them so much!
None of the kitchen employees were wearing gloves, including I assume the manager on duty. One employee was handling raw burger meat and making orders. Whoever owns this location needs to coach their team on food safety. Visited 4/16/23 approximately 11:30am.
