It was a lovely day and the restaurant was very busy. The staff at the entrance were really friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with a great selection. The atmosphere was enhanced by the music, which was perfect for a sunny winter afternoon. The musicians had amazing voices and played music that suited the lively crowd. What User doesn't like about The Boathouse Tavern:
Steak was extremely dry and smaller than my friend...who had the same steak. It was very thin and would be unlikely to have been 250g. The seafood catch was a full meal BUT the fish was very dry and super thin which meant you could only taste the batter pretty much. I dont think i would return here for a meal. We asked for the fans to be turned off as it was a rainy overcast night and they were still going full blast... View all feedback.

We have met family and friends at The Boathouse a few times now we are always very happy with the friendly staff the food is brilliant. Being seated away from other nearby tables , allows us up have a good chat. We will be back . Thank you ????
Very helpful staff. Excellent quality meals at great value.
Staff helpful, courteous and obliging. Food good, arrived quickly and good quality. Tables, setting clean and comfortable. Visit again very family oriented and well priced.
The staff were very friendly and the service was quick. The only thing that could be better is the ability to order on an app from your table for food and drinks without lining up at a counter.
