Food was great when it arrived, service was super polite, but took age. Maybe a busy Sunday And they could have been under the pump, but sitting around 2 hours to finish

I love using the technology etc but feel like some of the social interaction with staff was lacking. Plus I asked about how to order the paddles off schnapps but no one ever got back to us.

Really disappointed in that to order you food you had to do it through an app. My family and I do not go out to a restaurant to spend time on our phone. It was frustrating and made things difficult, rather than easier. We would have much preferred ordering the usual way, with physical, hand-held menus, and a waiter or waitress. The waitresses were lovely, but unhelpful due to the ordering system. The food was also too salty. Just some feedback, hope this helps. Please bring back the option to order traditionally, no phone/app required!

This is an awesome restaurant!! Highly recommend. The staff are so good and just the whole feel of the restaurant is so inviting. Definitely will be going back!!!

The snitzels were oozing with oil. We had quite a long wait after using the new ordering and pay system so were very hungry and ate the food anyway. Unfotrunately the amount of oil in the food made us feel quite ill for several hours after
