My hus... read more What a fabulous little European escape! The cheese is delicious, and the lunch and desserts were amazing. Delicious German cooking, exceptional desserts. My husband had the schnitzel sandwich and I had the beef barely soup—fabulous. I finished with tea and Frankfurter cake which was exceptional....No frankfurters involved, just light fluffy butter icing between layers of moist white cake. YUM! Go ahead, you deserve it! That's what I told myself.

The other couple sitting outside under the umbrellas also raved about their lunch. We haven't tried the cheese and honey we purchased...but I'm sure they will be equally as delicious. We will definitely be back!

The coffee and... read more This restaurant is a charming gem. The food was fantastic, especially the award-winning chili that I had. Four of us had a great lunch together. The coffee and dessert were heavenly, and some of my friends even purchased various cheeses to take home. An added bonus is the small viewing area where you can observe the cheese-making process. I highly recommend this place as a great stop for a meal near Coombs.

As soon as we arrived, I was excited to see a lovely outdoor seating area. Upon entering, we were greeted by two friendly staff members who offered us cheese samples and gave us a tour. We both enjoyed our meals; my husband had a schnitzel sandwich and I had the house salad with a cup of delicious carrot soup. The meals were both topped with homemade cheese, which added a wonderful flavor. Before leaving, we couldn't resist purchasing some cheese to take home; we chose the Bovarti and were very pleased with our selection. They even had my favorite childhood snack, Hanuta! We will definitely be coming back here regularly. The food was amazing, the cheese was gourmet, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was impeccably clean.
