I noticed right away that something wa... read more Removed my 5 star rating from a couple of years ago. Stopped in today for my regular 2 piece meal with a bottle of water. I noticed right away that something was different. The cooler was moved and there was no access to condiments, they were all removed from the front area. There was a new guy that rang in my order and I was in shock at how he talked to me. He is arrogant, self absorbed, cocky, rude. I eventually asked for my money back and told him that I would never come back to that store again. He didn't care. I've been to that location at least once per month since they opened and get gas at the Petrocan at the same time. KFC you can do much better by getting rid of him and hiring people with better customer service abilities.

T... read more Best KFC I've had in BC so far (KFCs in Kelowna are awful). One guy working alone gave great service for doing both the front and back friendly and efficient. The gravy was a little salty but otherwise the food was good.

I loved the col... read more The fried chicken was delicious, freshly prepared from the Colonel's kitchen. The fries were hot and crispy, and the gravy was smooth and tasty. I loved the coleslaw—the cabbage and carrot pieces mixed with the sweet and tangy dressing provided the perfect balance to the rich, salty goodness of the chicken, which was seasoned with 11 herbs and spices. The staff were polite and had a great sense of humor! I highly recommend this KFC. Plus, the gas station next door is really convenient.
