We have gone to Lavish for morning coffee for years. It is one of many at Coolum, all different and many offering coffee and food in various ways. Jaqueline offers a Swiss style. Menu which emphasises food for that region. The deli has cheeses from the region and selected meats (pastrami, wagyu beef etc) and sausages among other foods. Attention to detail shows in the meals provided. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lavish Fine Foods:
Difficult to find, in the same complex as The Caf but doesn't seem to attract the same attention. A limited range of foods but very good quality. Had a good quiche for $7 for lunch and the courtyard is a pleasant place to relax for a few minutes. View all feedback.

Nice place to sit down and have a chat in the warm sun and cool ocean breeze. This cafe has a nice atmosphere but the stage seem uninterested. My coffee was good I enjoyed it however my grandmothers was too hot and burned. We didn't try the food at this cafe as it was a short visit. I was not impressed by the surcharge imposed; under $10 spend will occur a 50c fee?! Also the sign had incorrect spelling and poor grammar. $4.50 for a coffee wasn't bad. Over all experience was average...
Hard to find the first time; in the back of a complex that homes Caf and a couple of others but worth the effort - good deli selection , cakes and pies and good coffee. Can sit outside and is pet friendly.
Stumbled across Lavish when wandering around side streets and arcades of Coolum. Small in size but big on quality fare and warm friendly service. We initially stopped for coffee (latte and a long black), then couldn't resist the temptation of a plate of portugese tarts. Scrumptious. Returned the next day to enjoy the excellent coffee plus a yummy coconut and caramel treat. Left with home made dumplings to cook for lunch. Highly recommend.
