Essence Coolum Seafood - Coolum Beach

Ordered the fish, chips and salad pack. Big serving and very fresh. The chips could of been sitting there awhile though, apart from that, really good value

This must be the only place on the sunny coast that does not have alternative milk for coffees. No almond milk, soy milk etc. Don't ask for mushrooms with breakfast...they never have them. I wondered why they other breakfast places were busy and we were...the only ones here.. Food is very average. Eggs are so over cooked I could used them as a paper weight. Sausages are nice. Advertised marmalade with toast.. none of that. Probably last time we will come here.

Had amazing fish and chips today ordered the whiting, potato scollops, chips and crab stick it was all cooked beautifully and we ate at the beach

Last night my family and friends made the poor decision to buy some fish and chips from Coolum Seafood. NEVER AGAIN!!! of us ordered battered flake and none of us could eat them....I’ve never had rubbery fish before....didn’t know it could be so bad....couldn’t...even pull it apart by hand! What an utter waste of Even videod me trying to pull it apart by hand! Gave everyone a laugh. On a slightly better note...some friends had the whiting and said it was edible I know I should have gone back to the shop but I didn’t want to have to drive back in to Coolum ....my bad.

This fish and chip shop was discussing,waited about minutes (they were not busy) when we finally got it I opened it up and the chips although plenty were soggy and blan, no salt so anything which happens but had to cut the flake with...a knife and fork as really tough so ended up just eating the batter , my wife’s grilled flake was also the same. Don’t waste your money!!!!
