The people that frequently visit this place should be forced to stand outside they are rude and ignorant.

E... read more This is the worst Starbucks I've been to. They consistently get my order wrong, and I often have to repeat myself multiple times to ensure they understand it. Even then, I still end up needing them to fix it. The frappuccinos could easily be mistaken for just iced coffee.

Unfortunately, the woman behind the counter spent a long time chatting with a guy... read more I stopped by to order two drinks tonight before closing, on my way to Phoenix. Unfortunately, the woman behind the counter spent a long time chatting with a guy in front of me—who seemed to work there as well—about a coworker's incompetence. I waited at the counter for a full 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from her. Instead, she focused on making other drinks and socializing with her friend. This was my most disappointing experience at a Starbucks, and I will definitely be avoiding this location during my weekly trips to Phoenix.
