New Jin Jin China Buffet - Feedback

What Cameron R doesn't like about New Jin Jin China Buffet:
Food is decent if you show up during peak hours but the staff are terrible. I had a waitress come and refill the drinks of the table behind me, and then a table across from me, take an empty plate off my table, then come back and physically LOOK at my empty cup, and yet still refuse to refill it. Last time I was here I didn't have a good experience, but tonight I came back because I saw that there were positive reviews made recently, and last time I was here they had only recently opened, so I thought I would give it a second chance!
