I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant I’ve frequented for many years. While I used to enjoy chatting with the owner, I’ve noticed a decline in customer service. On June 10th at 4 PM, I placed two orders. There were five staff members on duty that day, but none of them bothered to pack my food or serve it to me while it was still hot. Instead, my orders were left on the counter, cooling off. When I asked one staff member, Mariam, to check if my order was ready, she shrugged and walked away without offering any help. I had to ask another male staff member to look into my order, and only then did I find out it had been sitting there the whole time. There were no apologies offered during the entire ordeal. It’s frustrating that a restaurant that showcases an "Employee of the Month" award on the wall can't manage a straightforward order on a relatively calm day. I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes steps to improve its customer service so that neither I nor other customers have to endure a similar experience in the future.

I live 3 minutes away from here ordered Uber it arrived quick but the food came as if it had been sitting all day chicken in the burger was cold cold and the chips has gone hard and cold was disgusting 150$ down the drain to these . Food: 1

The food is always good, customer service not bad but the chairs were all ripped and broken and place was a little dirty could use with a update and clean up. Would go back though Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
