What Timothy Okuneva doesn't like about Cooksburg Cafe:
Lots of positives BUT the young kid with the dark messy hair is a detriment to this business. I was there this weekend and he really doesn?t give a dam. My Sprite was not full and was flat, 2 burgers took 30 minutes to cook. I asked for straws and the kid had them in his hand and when I reached for them he dropped them on purpose. I must say I didn't expect me to get food back from a walkable window that was better than most of the restaurants I had. Everything was perfectly cooked and enjoyed amazing. The next time I have to get ice cream. Seriously, try this place because the food and service are great.
Good ice cream especially after a day of canoeing/kayaking! beware: area is known as a hotspot for bigfoot sightings.
The ice cream is awesome. This the first time we had the food and it was great!!
The staff is always friendly, the food is out of this world and the ice cream is from Hershey. So many options for food and ice cream you'll want to go again and again to try them all!
Pretty great food but I always go for the ice cream! Cappuccino Crunch and Green Mint Chip. They also have a dark chocolate hazelnut that was pretty fabulous! Its Hershey's ice cream and they always have a big variety. Something for everyone : it's right across from the river. Get a cone and go across the street and watch the canoes or look for the bald eagles.
