So we got our milkshakes and my s... read more Sunday our last day in the forest we stopped on our way home to grab something to eat and a milkshake. Only serving ice cream. So we got our milkshakes and my sister said I would like the homestyle boneless bites and I said make it a double. The girl said both homestyle? We said yes, no Buffalo it's too hot. She said ok, Homestyle double order. I asked how long she said 5 minutes. We got 1 milkshake, another girl was trying to figure out how to make the other 2 milkshakes, 3 people are all served we are still waiting.Finally our 2 milkshakes are done the girl doesn't fill them to the top like they always are. She took what was left in the cup poured it in another cup it looked to be 2, to 2 and 1/2 inches went and put whipped cream on and came out put a scoop of ice cream on top and took it to the back for herself. So she basically took the milkshake that was supposed to be in our cup and kept it for herself. She even looked at us a few times and never said anything. 15 minutes later we get handed a double order of Buffalo. I said it's supposed to be homestyle. She just stared at me and I said look at the paper. She does she says OK 5 more minutes. I said don't forget it's a double order. OK yeah, She says. 15 minutes later, 1 order of homestyle. I said it's supposed to be 2. Another girl said I was only told to make 1. I said you know what? Just give me my money back I have to get on the road. She just stares at me and says OK. Then she goes and starts making ice cream for another customer. What's going on here? I have come here for years and this is the first time I had to deal with this. So I walk to the order window and asked again for my money back. She hesitated and then gave me my money back for the one order we didn't receive. What a nightmare. $6.67 for a milkshake that wasn't completely full and wrong chicken order. 3 different people total choas. 1 should have been making chicken, 1 should have been taking ice cream orders and 1 should have been doing the ice cream. Sheesh.
