Best pork ribs I've had in a very long time, tender, tasty and the bones pulled out freely without leaving any meat behind. Service was on the money and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I thoroughly recommend The Vessel for a nice evening meal whether you choose to sit in or outside. Food was great However service was terrible. Slow service, plenty of staff just standing around. Wasn’t meal checked and didn’t ask us for desserts. When we finally asked for dessert menu, they didn’t come at all and was waiting for around 20 minutes so we upped and left.
