Lady in front of us was having a hard time ordering. Didn't know what she ordered and when the lady asked her if when she read it back if it was right she didn't know then she kept changing things. So another employee ended up coming forward to help. Took about 15 to 20 minutes. Someone behind us ended up leaving. Someone else used the kiosk. That's what we should of done. View all feedback.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was just as amazing as ever. They really went above and beyond for us, showing great empathy and care. Overall, they were just fantastic – definitely a great experience!
The food was great, as usual. Although both drink machines were out of order, the staff member was kind enough to make me a freeze at no additional charge.
The lady in front of us had trouble placing her order. She seemed unsure about what she had chosen, and when the staffer read it back to her, she couldn't confirm if it was correct and kept making changes. Eventually, another employee had to step in to assist her, which took around 15 to 20 minutes. One person behind us ended up leaving, and another opted to use the kiosk instead. In hindsight, that’s what we should have done as well.
