The newly renovated air conditioned Sushigoi is sensational, with very fresh seafood. You sit at a classy marble bench top under a stunning glass fish sculpture. As the sushi train goes past you, you just grab what you want. The staff are courteous and helpful, getting us fresh wasabi and ginger when requested. This place is massive missed opportunity , since it reopening it is such a disappointment , the staff all look bored , looking at their phones in the middle of the restaurant including the chef. I asked for a takeout like I have done a million times and it was like watching paint dry the chef was so slow . Makes you wounded why these guys get into hospitality in the first place . With fabulous decoration and great service， this is always my best choice when I come to Cogee beach. You can tell all the food are so fresh and they also have wide range of menu including ramen and teriyaki beef . Really love they use the train to deliver your order! it’s very wonderful place for families
Upon arriving at the restaurant, I had already read some reviews, but all I found was a charming interior that seemed quite new, possibly recently renovated (I wish I had taken some photos)! The food was incredibly fresh, delicious, reasonably priced, and the service was lovely. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
The service, food, and interior renovations at this restaurant are all amazing. I highly recommend it, especially if you love sushi. It's perfect for family gatherings, dates, or hanging out with friends. I will definitely be coming back. The place looks fantastic after the renovations.
I frequently dine at SushiGoi and always receive a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff. My go-to favorites are the aburi salmon and sashimi. I'm delighted to see that the hot menu is back, and the Agedashi tofu is a standout dish. The teriyaki chicken and miso soup are also very tasty. I look forward to trying more dishes on my next visit.
Great Sushi Train with a large variety of dishes. Had several of their sushi plates and all were quite fresh and tasty. They are located within walking distance to Coogee Beach. <br/ <br/
