Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Conyers

Very nice experience. Friendly staff at the register and reasonably fast prep and delivery. The Bahama mama smoothie was great, as usual!

It's OK, the service could be a little more friendly but over all it's a good place to come to. I can't complain having to wait the order is always sitting and waiting on me when I arrive.

No acknowledgement when you walk in. Stood at the register for a few minutes watching about 5 workers act like they were too busy even say “we’ll be with you in just a moment.” Seems odd to have that many workers and not one of them acknowledge people standing at the register until a few minutes later. They may have had online orders but there was NO sense of urgency or attentiveness in any of the workers. It was like they were each in their own little world or hoping that someone else would take the order rather than taking initiative. Right before we were about to walk out, one of the girls broke free to come take our order. I imagine a lot of business is lost when these 5 work together. May want to consider hiring some fresh faces. The crew at 5:45pm on Friday 5/12/23 was not on their game.Also, you may want to consider telling staff to keep the music on a specific station that plays beachy/upbeat/family-oriented type of music. It’s obvious they turn on whatever they want to hear and have no care as to how offensive/inappropriate it could be to families with children.In better news: Smoothie was great! Just needs severe improvement in customer service.

I’ve never had to wait this long at a TSC. We usually order ahead of time but even so, it doesn’t take long to whip up a smoothie and/or a quesadilla. We got our smoothies pretty quickly and they tasted good per usual but we waited almost an hour to get our food. Luckily we don’t live in the area so we will not be back.

Kasim served me and made my order this morning. Best super greens wrap I’ve ever had from them! The mango magic is always on point so no complaints with that. He also gave me a discount and my food came out fast so thank you for your hard work. ??
