And I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful meal and for the exceptional service we received from a young lady named Taylor.. This gal never kept us waiting and made sure we were well taken care of..Its very rare these days to get to experience both at a restaurant anymore!! So again, thank you O'charley's and Taylor for a wonderful dinner experience..

The staff, from the door host to the managers and servers, are amazing, very friendly, and attentive. I have tried chicken tenders at other restaurants before and have always been disappointed as they didn't even come close to the ones at O'Charleys. So I had to satisfy my craving that had been lacking at other places. And last night, I was not disappointed. The chicken tenders surpassed all expectations, especially with the sweet potato fries and cole slaw. I also appreciate the new management, as I hadn't been here in about 5 years.

She was very att... read more 9 8 2022 Out in the area and decided to stop in for dinner with my wife. Not too crowded, and we were seated right away. Joanna was our server. She was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We ordered the Popcorn Shrimp and StuffedCrab ???? Appetizer. My wife ordered the Butterfly Shrimp meal with Potato Soup and another side. I ordered the Surf and Turfcombo (chicken tenders, catfish, and shrimp) with Potato soup ???? and fries. The Appetizer came out first and the soup, whichwas how we wanted it. The bread ???? was cold and not too good, but she took care of it. The rest of the food didn't take toolong. But Joanna had to reorder my fries which were cold. Otherwise the food was good, and we went home with to go boxes.

We didn't get the full experience because we had an emergency ans had to leave before we got our food (and then we took it to go). We arrived around 440pm, and they have a shift change at 5pm in the kitchen,so the service was pretty slow because of that. Our chicken tender nachos (delicious) came out fast, but the rest of our foodtook about 40+ mins to get made and brought out. Our server was very nice and attentive, but there wasn't much she could do aswe just sat around waiting and twiddling our thumbs. When we got our food, we had to load it up into To-Go boxes right away andgo home. After our emergency was taken care of, we ate. Now, as I said, the food wasn't hot and fresh like it would've been atthe restaurant, so read with caution. My pork chop was good, but not amazing. My ribs were a little dry. Husband's sirloin steakhad a great seasoning on it and cooked the way he liked. He enjoyed the Atlantic blackened salmon as well. Mashed potatoes weregood. Asparagus didn't have the bottom of the stems cut off, so it was hard and chewy and I had to cut it or bite it offmyself. Mashed sweet potatoes and Mac and cheese were so yummy. We will actually go back, just not until the shift changehappens in the future. Haha
