Mcdonald's - Conyers

This location can be pleasurable or disappointing. Often times when there is a demand of customers, it appears the staff are unable to manage time and your wait can be longer than necessary. It's a different experience each time depending on the timeof day and who is working and managing the shift. Food quality remains consistent with the taste and temperature being standard.

Ordered a Crispy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal, but at home I noticed it had a Spicy-like sauce on it that I didn't care for. Late night drive-thru service was very polite.

Never again. The manager did everything she could to motivate her team, but you must have competent staff. I ordered my food smooth enough. Finally you get it and stand there for almost 10 minutes waiting for my cup of coffee. I asked 3 different employees if someone could get it for me. All recognized and went in their cheerful way, 1 went out to smoke. After all, I practically had to step behind the counter to get someone. The girl in the register was busy fighting with an older man because he ordered a sausage mcgriddle with cheese, and she kept telling him that it comes with cheese. Another employee joined and started fighting with the CUSTOMER instead of just saying OK and getting his food. The 15 minutes I stood on this counter, I realized that the poor manager was the only one behind the counter with any healthy sense. I understand, his McDonald 's, fast (sometimes) and cheap. But to love everything, fire the whole crew. I'll go past work to the next McDonald's from now on, so I can get my food and semi acceptable service.

Very professional and quick. My food was hot and my fries was not cold and soggy like other McDonald's I've been to. It was a very busy day with many customers, yet my food was given to me before I received my change and receipt. Now that's professional.

Stopped here during a road trip. Clean bathrooms with very courteous employees. Would recommend.
