The art work is beautiful but this is not ok. This much icing on a cookie cake is not good. I spent $50 dollars on a cake no one would eat. I?m very disappointed and I alway love this store. I scheduled the pick up for 12pm and they didn?t have it ready until 2pm. No call to say there was a delay. I?m very upset. Had my mind set on a cookie slice and I get to the counter and the girl cant swipe my card. She says machine is broken and I know money is on my card because i just left target after a purchase. Placed an order online for 1 birthday cake, and it was ready at the exact scheduled time! Took me less than a minute to go in and pick it up. Super friendly employees as well! The cake looked and tastes great as well ????
I had one of their employees steal my debit card information and order Uber eats not even 10 minutes after I left. Luckily I viewed my bank statements for an unrelated reason and happened to see the unauthorized purchase. I have filed a police report and am going to press charges. PLEASE BEWARE you not can trust people to do the right thing. The Only reason they got a one star rating is because you cannot post your review no stars.

This is now the third unfavorable review I've had to write about this restaurant.
I absolutely adored our 4th of July cookie cake! It had the perfect amount of icing and was made right on time. The customer service was outstanding as well. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
I was absolutely thrilled when I picked up my cookie cake today! I had requested a custom cookie cake with a digital design, and even though I mentioned that I didn't need it to be perfect, the manager Jamaya embraced the design. She even seemed to be the one who executed it, and I must say, her talent is impressive. The cookie was delicious as always, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good the icing was as well. Overall, Jamaya and her team were fantastic to work with. My boyfriend was in complete disbelief when he received his cake, and the birthday celebration turned out to be a huge success!
