I placed an online order arrived at the store 5 to 7 minutes prior to receiving the text for pick up. Once I arrived inside my name was on the board and realize the pizza had not left the oven based on the listing. Only after the second time asking for my pizza it was realized that it was given to another customer. unfortunately I had to wait another 45 minutes for one cheese and one pepperoni barbecue pizza. Thee worst experience ever. I placed an online order and never received my food. I called and kept being put on hold. I end up going to the restaurant and never got to speak with a manager I was told to wait to the side and the manager never came to speakto me. After contacting online corporate I got my refund.
