I had the Sauted Mushroom, Chefs Falafel, and Walnut Wrap with a side of Chips, and it was delicious. The flavours were fabulous, and the salad was out of this world. The chips also went down a treat. I was hoping to have a sweet treat to take away, but none of the cakes in the display were labelled as vegan. In hindsight, I should have enquired about this as I can see from other reviews that they do have vegan baked treats. The plant milks they had were also not listed on their menu, but they did have oat milk, which I enjoyed in a latte. The staff were great and the cafe was spacious and comfortable. I will definitely visit again (next time asking about vegan cakes), and I'm sure other vegans will enjoy this cafe as much as I did!

Got the feeling they didn't like kids, little vases on table with plastic flowers but vases are glass, unfortunately easily knocked off. The welcome was lovely and there is a gr... read more Whist out for a quick lunch stop we found this delightful restaurant/ coffee shop all and ready to welcome the 5 of us. The welcome was lovely and there is a great list of food and specials to choose from. The food and drinks was served to all of us at the same time and so must say how great the food was, I had the Welsh rarebit and it was truly amazing and delicious. The lovely touch on leaving was when the Manager/ and or Owner asked how are meal was. Truly amazing thank you

We enjoyed... read more Had a delightful meal today at 2 The Square. It was great value for a delicious roast dinner with a generous serving of perfectly cooked vegetables. We enjoyed roast lamb and beef, new potatoes, roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, leeks, green beans, broccoli, red cabbage, and Yorkshire pudding. The berry crumble with custard was absolutely delicious, and they even made fresh sandwiches for our tea. It was excellent value for money.
