Absolutely amazing afternoon tea. The quality and value for money is second to none, we travel regularly and also try to seek out the best afternoon tea places and this is up there with the best, and not only is the food amazing but the tea room and surrounding area is just stunning 100% recommend View all feedback.

Have not visited here for a long time, and i won't be going back in a hurry, such a shame as i have fond memories of coming here, the welcome was always warm, clean, and the scones where always home made and the staff always helpful. Unfortunately things have changed, we chose a table, unfortunately it wasn't until i'd ordered that i looked under the table, bits of food, that had been trodden into the carpet, they do... Loved my visit here! The food was amazing and so tasty with an excellent portion size. Everything was fresh and homemade which gave it that extra bit of tastiness. Service was quick and friendly. I had a nice chat with the owner and the cook who told me a lot of interesting information about the building and its history! Definitely sounds haunted. Can’t wait to visit again in the summer when the leaves are green again.
Popped in for some late breakfast. I ordered the Welsh rarebit. Came with a lovely side salad. I was definitely full from the decent portion size. The service was fast and friendly. Overall lovely place to visit. Definitely visiting again when in the area. Would recommend to anyone.
Placed my order at the till and drinks came shortly after, we had jacket potatoes which had a fresh side salad, the cakes looked and tasted delicious. Friendly service had a lovely chat with one member of staff who gave us the history of the building.
Came to this lovley tearoom with my wife for her birthday, food was amazing but could be a little bit faster other than that was great, had a young man take my payment and my order he was very polite. would deffinitley come again. amazing for a day out would reccomend
Called in for lunch food was amazing the scones where to die for staff very helpful and friendly will definitely be back soon
